Refund and Returns Policy

Rose’s Furniture offers a 30-day return and refund policy to provide customers with a clear and transparent process for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility (30 Days)

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, assembly, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery

Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any item back. Return requests are reviewed before approval.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery
  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect product is received, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details so we can review the issue and assist with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Exchanges

Rose’s Furniture does not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to purchase a different item may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
