Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once an order is placed successfully, customers receive an order confirmation email. Shipping updates and tracking information are shared once the order has been dispatched, when available.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on the size of the product and the delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are outlined below:

  • Small to medium furniture items:
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after order processing.
  • Large furniture items (including beds, sofas, sectional sofas, and modular furniture):
    Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after order processing.
